Movement with intention. Process with purpose.
We are p(art)
The mission of The p(art) Project is to create intentional space for dancers to refine their purpose as artists, deepen their relationship to their work and grow in a safe and encouraging community of like minded individuals.
The p(art) Project is a purpose-led dance experience designed for artists seeking depth, intention, and authorship within their movement practice. It is an immersive space where dancers are invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and engage with dance as a living, evolving relationship.
p(art) exists at the intersection of movement training, reflection, intention, and community. We create space for honest exploration, supporting dancers who are ready to navigate growth, transition, and creative curiosity within a grounded, supportive environment.
Dance is not something we own. It is something we share.
The p(art) Project exists to return artists to a relationship with movement that is communal, intentional, and rooted in participation rather than possession.
Who We Are
Presence over Pace
Curiosity over Certainty
Authorship over Approval
Process over Product
Community over Comparison
p(art) Values:
The p(art) Project is for dancers who feel a pull toward something deeper in their relationship to movement.
It is for artists who are questioning the systems they’ve been trained in, who may be navigating transition, growth, or burnout, and who are seeking space to reconnect with intention, curiosity, and authorship in their training.
p(art) is for dancers who value process as much as progress, who are willing to slow down, listen inward, and engage honestly with themselves, their work, and a shared community of artists.
